CLIENT - NMAC
GOAL - Establish Training Development Standards and Best Practices
SUMMARY
Nissan Motors Acceptance Company, or NMAC, is Nissan's Auto-Financing division. I worked with their branch in Dallas, TX, to help establish training for new and existing employees throughout the company, create guides and communications for the Business Operations department, and collaborate with other departments of NMAC to develop necessary materials to meet company goals.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, NMAC needed to address the changing landscape of its customers' financial situations. To implement new best practices and procedures in a compliant manner, NMAC adapted their employee training to be facilitated online. To assist with this change in modality, I was able to fashion PDF versions of the training guides and workbooks that allowed facilitators and participants to interact with them online (taking notes, answering questions with radio buttons and checkboxes, etc.). Not only did this enable training to continue seamlessly, but it also changed future training to save the company money in printing by distributing virtual workbooks for participants instead.
The following are a few examples of workbooks and facilitator guides, a training advertisement poster modeled after the "Got Milk?" campaign of the 1990s, and sweepstakes graphic to incentify vaccination against the COVID-19 virus. These have been edited for confidentiality using various Lorem Ipsum.
