GOAL - Create new training materials to launch an all employee fundamental training course
SUMMARY
MINT is a fast-growing dentistry based in Texas with branches located throughout the South and growth reaching out to other portions of the United States. MINTOLOGY is a Fundamental Training Course developed for all MINT New Hire Employees to keep MINT's high-standards and company culture consistent throughout present and future locations.
This is an on-location training with the option to go virtual. The PowerPoint Presentation helps to assist instructor-led training while learners follow along in a combination Participant Guide & Workbook. A Facilitator Guide is provided to the facilitator for reference while training instructors.
A visually attractive PowerPoint Presentation is key to providing information in an easy-to-consume format. The MINTOLOGY presentation includes interactive elements, such as links to documents and videos, activity slides to provoke class discussion (and answers for review), and animation to hide content until appropriate to display. The MINT Dentistry green pops against white or black backgrounds, and MINT stock images are used to create an exclusive, custom feel that brands this presentation to MINT Dentistry's marketing strategies.
THE FACILITATOR GUIDE
The MINTOLOGY Facilitator's Guide provides important reference material for the training Facilitator. Inside is all of the course information, along with important notes to elaborate on training instructions or engage the learners in class discussions.
THE PARTICIPANT GUIDE & WORKBOOK
To aid the learner, course information is included along with workbook questions to reinforce material. Space is provided for participants to respond or jot some notes down while they are in class. A virtual workbook is included for online learners, complete with fillable forms for answering questions and taking notes, as well as an interactive table of contents for easy navigation.
